ArtGenio provides a curated library of AI text prompts designed for creative use with third-party image generation tools (such as Gemini, MidJourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, etc.). We do not generate or host images. Users are responsible for how they use the prompts in external platforms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use ArtGenio. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. User Responsibilities

• You agree to use prompts responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws.
• You will not use ArtGenio to create or promote illegal, harmful, hateful, or infringing content.
• You are solely responsible for outputs generated by third-party AI tools using our prompts.

4. Intellectual Property

The ArtGenio platform, design, and content (excluding user submissions) are owned by ArtGenio. Prompts are for personal and creative use. Redistribution or resale of the curated database without permission is prohibited. Third-party names (e.g., Gemini, MidJourney, DALL·E) are trademarks of their respective owners. ArtGenio is not affiliated with them.

5. No Guarantees

Prompts are provided "as-is" without guarantees. We cannot ensure that generated outputs will be unique, safe, or free from copyright claims. Results depend on the external AI tool you use.

6. Limitation of Liability

ArtGenio shall not be held liable for damages, legal issues, copyright claims, or misuse of prompts. Use of ArtGenio is entirely at your own risk.
